Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of DruxShield, operated by Drux Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DruxShield provides AI-powered bot detection and traffic protection via a web dashboard, REST API, WordPress plugin, and related tools. We continuously improve the service and may add, change, or remove features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use DruxShield to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property; attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine; resell the service without an agency or enterprise agreement; or use the API in a way that disrupts the service for others.

4. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day refund window on first-time paid subscriptions.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly request quota. If you exceed your quota, scoring may be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. We will notify you before you hit your limit where possible.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. The scoring API is designed to fail open — if our service is unreachable, your traffic is allowed through rather than blocked. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DruxShield is provided “as is.” While we strive for high detection accuracy, no bot detection system is perfect. We do not warrant that the service will block every malicious request or never produce a false positive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drux Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the province in which Drux Inc. is registered.
